What type of tunes will normally get you up dancing?

Are you a metal head in the mosh pit? And Dad Dancer to retro 80/90s can you jive to sone rock and roll?

Or are you sat against the wall waiting to be asked? 😏

I’m off to another festival today and yesterday really got me warmed up.

I’m a chair dancer, ain’t no way I’m getting up on a dance floor. The last time I did a dance…..my wedding, and even then it was a very fucking short one.

And it really irritates me when people want to force me to dance… they feel bad about me being sat alone. I am soooo happy doing that! I love watching people dance!

We’re not after fans or approval. It’s a personal choice and doesn’t require assessment or judgement.

I thoroughly dislike dancing. I have no natural rhythm and feel awkward when I’m doing it, so I don’t do it. I don’t drink so there is no lifting of inhibitions there. I am extremely self conscious when ‘dancing’ so I would rather sit contentedly and people watch. That’s my fun and I’m happy with it.
