Not code. It might mean only meet at hotels, might mean can accom but doesn’t want to, no travel often just means looking in local area not looking to travel across the country to meet someone.

Cannot accommodate is self explanatory. Cannot travel means that they do have the ability to leave their home and socialise/meet within their locale. However they are not willing or able to travel further afield or miles and miles away. Makes sense really.
