Not sure what to have for lunch. Any suggestion? Current contents of fridge low as shopping tomorrow. At the moment eggs, cheese buttet bread, tortellini, jam, salad cream, mayo toms, cucumber, onions, baby potatoes, ham, filo, red onions, herby olives, branston, milk, ketchup, ginger paste, mint sauce and a courgette.

You've got the bread, so just make a sandwich with all the other stuff in it. Cheese, tortellini, jam and egg is probably delicious with some salad on a bit of bread.
