Also made big loaf bread from scratch.

I also made fudge at school. I told my dad about that and we tried it at home. He ended up having to get a chisel to break it up though, no exaggeration.

It had turned to hard toffee.

I think the recipe for fudge and toffee are very similar, about ten minutes after the fudge stage it starts going hard.
