Diabetes."I'm diabetic too. It's okay to have it as a very occasional treat, as long as it's included in your daily carb quota. Or, as was the case for me, when I was away a couple of weeks ago... my gorgeous man went out and bought me an Almond Croissant and Cappuccino back to the hotel room for breakfast... and then we went out walking the sights of London before my glucose levels had a chance of spiking.
