Better than last year for sure but still a miss feels like it was very short and no truly hot days. Feels like autumn already

It’s been hot but not sunny but we’ve managed to have some great days out with the kids and catch a bit of sun. I’d give it a 7/10.

Let me know when it actually starts properly last good one was 2022 when we had awesome heatwaves from may onwards

This year it’s been sporadic days maybe 3 days in a row at most

It’s been better than previous years. But mrs has been relieved it’s not been too hot with being pregnant

Not the North West...

It's been far too sunny and warm.

I got a tan, I hate tans.

Summer and all the happy I love summer people can fuck off now.

The last couple of years have been similar to summers when I was a kid. You could nrve fully rely on the weather and your mum made you take a cardigan everywhere.

It's been in and out and I've felt for a few years now that Autumn seems to kick in earlier although I have zero science to back that up.

There may have been a few occasions I went out with hairy legs and I couldn't of cared less.

I'll add this to the many reasons I'm single.

Glasgowish

Rained nearly everyday in July here and August has not been much better. Summer 2024 has been a washout. Hardly sat in the garden and wore very few summer clothes. Thankfully, I fly out to Majorca soon so will at last get some heat into these old bones of mine.

Amazing how the replies differ lol, one person's summer is very different to another person's.

Personally I loathe really hot weather, don't mind it abroad, I pay for hot weather for a start 😂.

Summer has kinda missed me really, done a few odd things but it's another one that has kinda come and gone.

I've hid inside away from the sun. I thought August was a scorcher in London.

I can’t wait for autumn/winter. I’m no good in the summer… I don’t tan, I hate being hot, my eyes stream in the sun…. bring on the autumn/winter fashion, cosy nights in with candles and comforting winter food.

A massive miss. I can only remember about 5 nice days...sure it's not been that bad, but not a classic by any means!

Still, I like autumn too so I'll just wait for next year.
