Send help, I've finally reached that stage at 45 if I lay in the same position all night (right side) it feels like I need a hip replacement.

If anyone needs me I'll be sat in my chair with my slippers on watching countryfile with a Werther's original.

Sat on the sofa enjoying the sun and a coffee having been out for a walk with the dog.
