Deepest darkest Peru

Most things I’m great can’t be doing with the drama but when it comes to my kids or something I’m passionate about it can be a different matter

Example last week returning from holiday I pulled a couple up who questioned why my sons were getting special treatment being able to get off the flight first with others while they had to wait. Both my boys are on the spectrum

It's hard, isn't it? And two faced people hard to ignore too sometimes

Reasonably so. I'm also relatively laidback on here - I know if someone disagrees with me it doesn't mean they hate me and we're now sworn enemies.

I'm getting better at it as I approach middle aged. In six years I'll be so zen.

I’m 50/50.. my initial reaction to things is to call something out if it doesn’t sit well. But as I’ve got older I’ve learnt how to walk away much more. I call it side stepping. If somethings really important to me instead of arguing I’ll just walk away.

I’m getting better but it’s hard. I wish that people I deal with on a daily basis would learn not to speak until they are spoken to. No one told them growing up, that it’s rude to butt into other people conversations.

Generally very good, but there’s a line of tolerance and once crossed I’ve been known to rip someone a new asshole.

It depends on my pain levels. If they are high, there's a good chance an irritant will get both barrels.

It varies. If it's about abuse of power, I'll speak out. For other stuff, I'll be prudent and speak out, if appropriate.

I'm pretty good at taking a step back and weighing up whether or not it's worth speaking out.

It depends - I may have a big mouth, tend not to like injustice, also have a habit of telling people that they are pratts (which is not always well received by employers - just as well I work for myself now)

Much better at it than I used to be. I used to let myself get drawn into silly arguments and get worked up by them. Very rare that that happens any more. I consider that personal development.
