If its fab, then my 3 cooking courses would be starter, main, then breakfast...

Starter:

Scallops cooked in a ginger and lime buerre noisette, on a rocket, spring onions and birdseye chilli salad with charred peppers. With a topping of toasted sesame seeds and chorizo croutons.

Main course:

Fresh dressed crab with garlic and rosemary roast new potatoes and a griddled asparagus salad, with a lemon and black pepper dressing.

Breakfast:

Spiced Shakshouka with mozzarella pearls, halloumi fried with chorizo and some fresh lightly toasted flatbread.
