You can buy a douche cheap from most sex shops. I always use one so I'm nice and clean.

Even douching isn't fool proof, but if you are dabbling in anal, both parties should be prepared for clean up.. Maybe have some baby wipes to hand!

Might be easier to just search one on Google or on a sex shop.

Also certain food the day before can makes things better or worse.

They are basically a small pouch you fill with Luke warm water and squeeze up your rear and squeeze it out. Do it multiple times until just clean water comes out.

I've never had any messy moments after using one and being careful with food consumption the day before!

Quick blast with the patio jet wash

In all seriousness a good thorough clean inside and out is usually all it takes.

Like others have mentioned if you know certain foods affect you then avoid them beforehand. Also think about timings, if you’re a regular as clockwork person maybe don’t plan your experience to be just before or just after.
