Are delicious but not actually from Vienna and are not even available to buy in Vienna.

Who should I complain to?

Trading Standards?

ECHR?

NATO?

Mr Kipling?

"They are banging, don't even contemplate complaining to anyone!! "

You misunderstood, I want it to be mandatory that they are sold in Vienna.

Or alternatively name them after a UK place. Wiganese Wheels maybe

Could always just invade Vienna and leave these behind so they end up enjoying them. Sure, there will be bloody and needless deaths, but will they remember that in 100 years when they have delicious snacks named after their city?

"Kiernese Whirls"

There will be complaints of them being over baked because they're too brown and aren't as good they used to be.

Covent Garden

My favourites are Stockport Shortcakes™®©, handcrafted and baked locally. They even have their own PDO designation.
