Legal is the key. I once organised a Boris Bike pub crawl for 10 pubs in London. Each a Boris Bike journey away. By pub #6 we had our first injury.

I want to do this again but want to know if doing it naked is weird and/or legal.

^^ it's not illegal to be naked in public I don't think. It should be illegal for people to sit their bare arse on a bike seat that someone else will hat to use though.

It's actually interesting as I googled it to find out. It's all about offending others. My lard arse on a bike would.
