Is there an option to remove yourself from the mailing lists at the bottom of the mail? Only problem is that you'd need to do it individually for each mail you recieve if they are from different companies. X

I use hotmail and I probably get maybe 5 messages a day and most of them are from things I know and use.

Don't have a clue what's in junk mail as don't look.

I have set the mail filter thingy in sweep if that makes sense.

third star on the right

When I looked into how to stop it you look at the sender e.g another @yahoo.co.uk. You forward the mail to spam@yahoo.co.uk. And they look at the email and possibly delete the account. Not ideal and involves work for you but it does work

We have done that in the past and put mail filters on to stop any repeat from other addresses too.
