So it was my birthday a few days ago, bumping me over one of the significant boundaries. Not exactly one foot in the grave yet, and some say I'm looking good for my age, but I am feeling some post birthday blues. Are my best shagging days over now, when I've hardly got started?

*Not quite a shameless "who wants me?" thread...

Ah Polly, sorry to hear you're feeling a bit down. I think it's natural to be a bit introspective with a big milestone birthday. And that nature is a bit cruel to keep our brains still feeling so young inside our ageing bodies. 😭😂

Menopause is a git, you get freedom from one design flaw of female anatomy, only to fall victim to another Hope that you're going to take proper advantage of everything available with modern medical science, HRT doesn't suit every woman but it can be pretty miraculous for a lot.

Thanks for the birthday wishes anyway xx. We never did get round to going to eat chips at the seaside...

I do. I've largely got a good life for which I'm very thankful. I've also had some sadnesses though, which it would be nice to counterbalance with new things to remember as I grow older.

Thank you, trying to hold off. If I feel my mental health is declining I will

As for chips by the seaside we've been planning who knows! Plenty of time

Your life hasn't quite climaxed yet, Polly. Your best shagging days are yet to come. ♥️
