I think you can only do the fiver one via text... You can only do more via PayPal or card as far as I remember

You can make a phone call but it will charge you for the call and it's possible that your provider won't allow that either

Some of the MVNOs, the virtual mobile networks that piggyback off the main ones, don't support all of the features that the main ones do, especially premium services. Perhaps it's worth getting a temporary SIM card on a network that does provide them, just to send some premium texts, to get supporter passes?
