Venison, I've had a Bambi burger, it's like beef, nicey but pricey Weal is to beef, what lamb is to mutton. Bobby veal is a non starter. Goose is a nicer alternative to turkey, needs a lot of space in the oven. Liver pate, I like, without the coarse fatty chunks. Caviar: never had it. Cod roe, over rated cheap frog spawn. | |||
