Nowhere is 100% guaranteed.

The Med can be very nice at that time but you could also get a stormy spell.

The Caribbean can be great but you would still be in hurricane season.

Probably your best bet would be the Canary's with the southern resorts of Gran Canary or Tenerife being being most likely to produce the sun consistently. The north end of both islands often hold the clouds.
