So of all the days I need the suit on for work it's today...

Is there any way at all of looking good when it's this hot, especially in this heat?

What else is everyone having to put up with wearing in this heat and any advice for me too keep me cool

I have the day off, so I'm in shorts and short sleeved shirt. I'm also sat in an air conditioned pub enjoying a nice cool pint

A den in the Glen

Just had a thunderstorm and it's dropped a shit tonne of rain on us. Floods everywhere and now it's brightening up!

Advice, lose the tie, if you have one, take off the jacket and roll up the shirt sleeves. It might not help with the heat but it will drive the ladies mad with desire.

A cooling or ice vest is the only way I know of staying cool in a suit.

I'm wearing shorts and t shirt and sitting in the shade loving the weather.

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

I feel your pain my friend, but it could be worse.

Imagine if you were a tradesman working outdoors on a construction site under this heat 😅🥵

Sounds like just where I want to be.

Wear a short sleeve shirt underneath. Walk around with someone waving a palm frond over you. Keep chucking ice cold water on your face and telling everyone “damn, that was refreshing”.

Go to Tesco and browse the freezer aisle for 45 minutes.

Ditto with Asda.

Good luck.🤞

That's a bummer. Why can't the jacket come off? Would they rather you faint from over heating or be comfortable and do your job to the best of your ability?

I used to wear a suit for work but the jacket would come off if it got even slightly warm.

Wore a suit in London all day Thursday and Friday - that was too hot. Today is a WFH day, so shorts and T-shirt, but still hot.

Any time I go on holiday somewhere really warm like Spain, South of France, Italy etc I am always in awe of the men who go around wearing suits when it's 30+ degrees. I honestly couldn't think of anything worse. 🥵🥵
