The first place I head when checking out someone is the photos… if I like what I see I then read the profile and take it from there!

A good variety of photos are a must and an informative profile really helps… based on this, this is why we post photos! It’s simply for others

Does it work attracting the right people? Yes and No - we get a lot of chancers with no pics or just dick pics still and we probably have to reach out to the people we’d like to meet however we feel that if someone looks at our profile, it’ll leave a good impression.

Yes they are important as one of the components to the calculation. Not the primary one however. But it's normally the first thing you check on a profile to see if there's a ballpark physical attraction before reading on. Also sometimes photos can give an indication of personality. For example are they fun, quirky, give a vibe, expressions of shared intrests (vanilla or not so vanilla). Sometimes a picture can say a lot about the people in them.
