Yea, eating chocolate promotes the release of endorphins a.k.a. the happy hormone

"whilst eating yes afterwArds no so both "

Would you like an expert opinion?

Consuming chocolate actually triggers the release of the same chemicals in the brain as an orgasm, so technically it should make everyone happy.

That being said chocolate is also toxic, the lethal dose for a human though is roughly 26 kilos, so an overdose is unlikely.

Personally I like chocolate...

Eat it a few minutes before when your dopamine levels are peaking.

It's like masturbation. Have it too often and it leaves you feeling unhappy and guilty.

Milk Chocolate? Very happy! But feel bad for eating afterwards as I know its not helping me get ripped.

Bought some dark chocolate. 90% and not sweet in the slightest. Gave some to my sister, she almost puked and had to spit it out.

An acquired taste me thinks

Silk

Damn right I do... You can't beat indulging in a few nibbles of chocolate whilst on a break mid session..

Three reasons:

1) Energy booster

2) Can be fun and sexy rolled in to one

3) curb those munchies

Lush Galaxy Caramel can also add an extra dimension to proceedings too

Any chocolate over 80% isn't really fit for direct consumption and is more used by chocolatiers and pastry chefs as a combination ingredient.

Really?

Well I'm happy to eat it as I mix it in with nuts to give it a better flavour.

The Dark Chocolate was recommended by a Mens Fitness magazine but I'll double check if they mentioned a percentage.
