I only miss the physical intimacy. I can feel a non tactile closeness and connectedness whilst physically apart, the excitement can remain ignited too. I don’t lose attraction to the person when we are apart.

If I’m choosing to not have active sexual partners, don’t necessarily miss any of the above. It’s simply that my mind is occupied with whatever else is filing it and I simply lack capacity to think about sex. This rarely happens.
