Im building a portfolio up so the only cost would be travel.

Have you looked at modeling sites like purple port? There are models there that will to TFP shoots and probably find ones closer to you

By default, unless a contract is drawn up to agree otherwise, copyright is held by the photographer. The rights to the image are different to copyright, and must also be agreed. The rights would typically be described in the model release, and would have to be agreed by all parties.

If you don’t know what you’re doing regarding rights, release and copyright, (as model or photographer) it can be a minefield of pain down the road.

All right would be given to models and only used by me to show my work and not publish.

No photos would be publish on websites or to make private profit. And contract could be make up.

Im a musician so know about rights and copyrights and publishing.

OP, we all had to start somewhere, I’d suggest you sort a model release and focus (see what I did there?) on somewhere like PurplePort to collaborate with models looking for TFP shoots to get your experience and decide what you like shooting.

Photoshoots are great fun but they’re normally hard work and anything but glamorous. Shooting a model with some experience of posing goes a long way when you’re starting out, direction takes time

I've done a few photoshoots, from bands promo shots, a few AW girls, and general photoshoots.

I'll only show people in person the AW photos for obvious reasons.

But my clean photos im more than share a dropbox link.
