"I find text easier than talking, but then I'm neurodivergent."

I find texting easier too, I have more time to process my thoughts into words.

But I do sometimes post something that's intended to be satire or lighthearted and then think yikes that may(has) gone down like a brick

Oh for sure.

But for me, people tend to misunderstand me much more when they're standing in front of me. I don't speak body language and inference!

I prefer to talk.

Text can be taken in so many different ways and even if you know the way it should be taken you can twist it to cause an effect.

I like verbal, it has a tone

Too many clever wordsmiths in here and in general
