"Massive issue for me in the past. Low self esteem etc. I learned to operate under the concept of my self worth being determined by my self. It's taken a long time to completely change from viewing myself through the eyes of other people's perceptions of me to building my own. Not fully there yet. But if you do that, it's easy, I get to decide I'm hot, I get to decide I'm worth someone else's time but at the same time I understand that they may differ in their perceptions. It's hard but you have to stop looking at yourself through the lens of other people's perceptions of you. " I like this comment alot, while I'm still having the days I've got better at saying to myself that I'm not ugly or dumb as I think.
