Met up with someone for coffee, had a great time, lots of laughing and chemistry, they said they wanted to meet again (they made that move) we met up again seemed to have a good time, we ended up taking it further than coffee this time and since then I've been ghosted

Now I know we aren't all everyone's cup of tea, and I have no idea what's happening in her life so I'm not angry at all, I guess more disappointed.

In our first meeting we put the world to rights and was saying about good and bad behaviour from some fabbers that we had experienced in the past.

Initially after the second meeting everything seemed good in person then just didn't reply to messages

I'm a big boy and can handle a "thanks but no thanks" I just sometimes hope for a more adult approach than ghosting

If there are some nice ladies who can restore my faith please shout haha

Are you sure you've been ghosted and said person just hasn't been busy with life? I don't know but I assume this person may be female? Possibly she/they got what they wanted and that's the end of it? Not a nice thing to do but if it was just to have sex and nothing more, then I guess maybe they thought there isn't much more to say?

You’d like to think as adults we can say after a meet if we are or are not interested

I assume they have been back on line here, have they blocked you or interacting in forums if they use them.

That would be a polite they are not interested

Are you sure they are not just unwell and off all media and phone at the moment

So many things to consider

That said I do not think talking of others on fab is always a good thing.

It can firstly create jealousy especially if you don’t look like them but they say they like them and secondly a lot of forumites know each other and talk outside of here or within here and you may have said something about someone they know and like

Sorry to hear that op, I think many of us have had similar happen.

The first person I ever met here 12 years ago, blocked me afterwards. It leaves you feeling awful and wondering what you did wrong.

He messaged me years later from a different profile to apologise, he asked to meet again. I declined the meet, it was a good 3 years later anyway, but I accepted the apology.

You'll never sadly know why people blank you afterwards, could be they got what they wanted, they were cheating and felt guilty. Or maybe life got in the way.

Ideally people should tell you that they don't want to meet again, but sometimes people aren't brave enough to.

Don't dwell on it op.

Treat each time you meet someone like it's the last time....it saves any disappointment.

Our expectations with couples wanting regular meets etc etc never seems to pan out as we hope.

It's frustrating....but shit happens.
