Currently sitting with an ice pack on a rapidly swelling shin after having a run in with the corner of a metal tool box. Ouchie! That'll teach me to look where I'm going!!

I had the dog on the lead whilst walking through the porch. Bloody painful and one hell of a bruise!

Ouch..... I know they shin bashes really hurt... And it's that horrible sick feeling you get on impact!!
