It's Saturday night, and my day for cooking something special.

Usually I have something in mind, but today I can not think of anything to make. I'm single, so can you reccomend something delicious for dinner please?

Absolutely agree with Eva and Dave.

Souvlaki is still one my favourites to cook, after living in Greece. The key is to marinate the meat with herbs and olive oil for at least a couple of hours before grilling or barbecueing.

And potatoes, either diced or wedged, then roasted with lemon, garlic and rosemary, are simply delicious ... and serve a Greek salad on the side! ...'apolamváno' (Enjoy) 😊
