Archery. I have bruises on my inside elbow and arm that show it isn't easy. So the technique you need to get and then there is the accuracy.... Lots of practice is needed.

Rowing, balance is the key! Then technique, then honing your ability to be a decent rower ..... Again more trickier than you think, especially landing the boat!

IT's so true. I have been happily 20 years old for the last 26 years running. It is genuienly surprising when I catch my reflexion and see my grandfather looking back at me.
