"I love very mature cheddar, but tbh there's so much variety in exotic cheeses, one of my favourites has pickled onions in it, but love feta, and believe it or not cheese curry! Paneer is Pakistani/Indian cheese traditionally cooked in a curry. You can even get a paneer biryani. What a versatile food product it is. In answer to OP's question, the tang in cheese is amazing. Kind of like the sweet and sour tang in a lemon tart. Obviously it's savoury as opposed to sweet. But I reckon it's the tang that I love." You do like cheese! | |||
