I have / had some for when on the bike but ended up with blisters. These days I use silk liners and if really cold the gel packs that heat up. The latter should work off a bike as well x

I would stay away from anything heated.

I had heated boot warmers for my motorbike. My boots got wet when riding and I ended up with some burns.

By the time you realise. Stop the bike. Take the item off. Quite a bit of damage can be done
