I have been anywhere between 10 and 19 stone at varying times in my life

I can't say I have noticed any changes to my ball bag dynamics or aesthetics (other than having to stand over a mirror to see them at some of the heavier times )

Have to admit that I have acquired a 'little' on the old pubis mound over the years, but there's been no noticeable change to the meat n' two veg over the years.

And I think an increasing scrotum sagginess is something that is hereditary in men - if your Dad's one did, you're done for. Can't say I ever noticed anything ever dangling out me Dad's boxers when I was growing up.... thankfully
