I honestly feel for you, but there are do many awful drivers on the road I sometimes don't feel they're harsh enough.

Keep at it man - it will all click and you'll pass with flying colours soon enough.

Oh thanks, yeah I understand we have some awful drivers on the road but then you see someone with full license and you wonder how come they passed! It’s really hard this days .

Statistically most years it is the Isle of Mull.

Combine a driving test pass with a holiday?

I you're not getting the same examiner each time and failing on just one thing I'd say it's not the examiners being mean.

You probably need more practice

How many times?

Have you tried other test centres?

Might be worth having a driving lesson with a different instructor for critique?

My neighbour booked her test as her instructor said she was ready and I went out with her around once every 3 weeks for 6 months (so she could practice)... she was definitely not ready.

There’s quite a few really good YouTube content with driving instructors giving advice. I know backed up with regular driving lessons, these videos really helped.

Look for Ashley Neal, Conquer Driving or Driving School TV.

Often they do videos with people doing mock tests as well, so you get an idea why people fail. Also plenty of hints and tips from how to do manoeuvres to keeping calm on your test.

Good luck on the next one.

Central

If you test in an area that you know, you are probably going to be better prepared for the conditions, knowing when speed limits change, where they do specific test bits and will have multiple experiences of having done successfully those test parts. Hold on emotionally/psychologically to those successful experiences and they should automatically guide you to do the same when you test. A test in a different test centre means you won't have those former experiences readily triggered by the locations you're in, which is likely a disadvantage.

Ideally you will test when your skill levels will be far beyond that which is needed for passing.

Which individual bits did you fail on?
