I have often enjoyed erotica down the years. It doesn't have to be high-class literature but if it's really badly-written I'll just end up laughing at it.

I've dabbled in writing it in the past - sometimes just stories but usually they're written for someone I'm chatting with and which take account of their preferences and tastes, and which are sometimes interactive as they respond to the different sections that I send them. And I also love receiving them from the people I chat with too.

It can turn me off quite easily. I think I'm rather fussy when it comes to the written word. I love when someone really leans in to their writing and it seems to flow. That experience or real desire talking.

It's more likely to turn me on if it's from someone I have that chemistry with. It doesn't always get me in the mood for something sexual, more likely to if it's written specifically for me. If I can read myself in one of the characters. If whilst I'm reading it I think "oh this person *really* wants me".

I've written a couple of anonymous posts for a blogger friend before. I wouldn't post something publicly on here because... I like the anonymity factor. I'm not sure my smuttier writing is good enough without it. :D

Hi,erotica really appeals to me. I've only read one book up to now, an erotic lesbian fantasy, it was very much fantasy and science fiction, it didn't really stretch my imagination. I have read erotic quotes and some turn me on yes. I have also read some written by someone I know and played with and that did turn me on, so yes it can definitely get me in the mood if i can relate. I want to put a recent experience I had into words so am working on that. Atm I have made a list of everything that happened all the thoughts and feelings I felt during the experience.

I have written a few stories for the forum here and the ones that have been received are the ones where I've made someone off here as the lead role. I've set certain challenges for them and they have to report back on certain things and I craft a story around the feedback. Makes their experience of the story more immersive too.
