Is this the right place to post?

Over the last few years Ive become a fan of independent film making. Im not sophisticated or able to critique movies though.

Recently watched the above movie. Its a Russian independent movie (subbtitled) and wondered if anyone else had seen it? If this isnt the place for such discussions then I wont be offended if this post gets removed lol.

Its not a movie about swinging although the main character does embark on extra marital activities but her marriage is dead anyway so Im not sure its cheating. About halfway through the movie changes completely and its surprising, puzzling, depressing and at times its incredibly arousing. The sex scenes are just hot, even though they seem to be rooted in female masochism. The director and writer are both female and whilst it is mosy definitely not a porno or a sexy film those scenes are very well done and the main character (the actor playing her wrote the script) is clearly enjoying some very hot sexy with a toxic, damaged and indifferent Alpha male who she has every justification for killing.

Its surprising and enigmatic and we never truly find out the main characters motivation. Although I have my own thoughts about that.

If ANYONE has seen the whole movie (not just the sex scenes) then Id love to hear your thoughts and help me unravel the enigma.
