I’m curious on this one after a conversation today.

How often do you change your bedding? I do the lorry bedding every other week (that’s after 9 uses) and home bedding every three (so 6 or 7 uses). Thats assuming that it’s only been me in them….

I don't think there is a right or wrong answer in this, I haven't always been so "up" on changing my bedding, but yeah I'd say that sounds about right x

The bottom sheet gets changed after every naughty meet, or with the rest of the bedding at the weekend.

I will say I do have a thing that if I am going away I change my bedding before going. So come home to a fresh made bed.

I do that but in case I die and people think I live in squalor.

I change mine every week, including pillow cases. For me, besides the cleaniless aspect, I love a freshly made bed. I also turn the mattress every 3 months.

Every weekend - duvet bottom sheet and pillow cases

Plus I vacuum the mattress too !
