Staying cool ❄️

To be clear, I like warm weather, but my body is protesting. Menopause symptoms mean my core is boiling. However, exposure to fans and air con is setting off Raynaud's in my hands. My fingers are struggling and freezing but it feels like I have a volcano within.

Send help 😱

Have you tried one of those cooling mats made for doggos? A few of my friends swear by them.

My hands can't cope with hot/cold. Just washing my hands in anything other than tepid water sets off the Raynaud's. It's very frustrating, especially as it affects my grip for the wheelchair too 😕
