A wretched hive of scum and villainy

Every team has a squad of U23 players with 3 exceptions. Do you think teams should be allowed to have all ages represented or just have it be a purely u23 tournament?

Or keep things how it is.

It’s fine as is, especially as the cycle falls in line with other major international tournaments
