with the country in a dire financial mess i was wondering what alternative uses for our countrys fine old buildings we could come up with to raise revenue for the coffers

can i start with Buckingham Palace

We could turn it into HMP Buck House for the whole financial industry wrong doers or rich people who pay vast sums to be imprisoned there rather than normal prisons.The palace's 240-bed capacity could be extended by installing cages in some state rooms, and the viewing balcony would be perfect for public floggings.pay per view of course
