Yes I'm shouting coz it's really pissing me off.

Asthma is just crazy because of it, I'm like wheezy it toy story.

Anyone else suffering?

You can get immunotherapy treatment. In theory it is available on the NHS, but good luck to getting it. There are private courses you can pay for.

Pharmacy can give you chlorphenamine 4mg tablets over the counter.

Much stronger than the usual tripe.

One every 4 hours. They work wonders. Always have a stash for my allergies and asthma.

Yep still suffering, have had chronic hay fever all my life and usually it would bring on asthma tried most things over the years even had injections one year then a few years ago I tried the pirinase nasal spray and that seems to work very well for me and not had the asthma since using it. every year I say to myself I am not going to take any meds for it then the first day I get crippling sneezing attacks I am soon off to the chemist.

4hrs is what my quack prescribed.

But I will agree they can make you drowsy. Similar to other anti hists.

Yes, a GP can prescribe for more frequent dosage. Great for helping you sleep at night 😴
