Daily supplements?

What do you take? I’m a regular gym goer (now at least!) 5 times a week, 3 with a PT.

I take daily: vitamins(d&k), magnesium, omega 3 and creatine.

Curious what other folks take.

I don't gym anymore, found it difficult to get myself motivated after covid restrictions were lifted.

At the minute I'm trying out shilijit resin as a supplement.

Turmeric - and cod liver oil capsules

Been taking them

For a while now as well as an intake of home made cider

Feel ok actually

Oddly - did you know a certain mr A Hitler took over 50 different drugs a day including

Injected bulls seamen …. Yes just saying it’s a slippery slope

Mullien Leaf and Red Ginseng. Helps me greatly. The ginseng is more for my ADD and I find it helps.

I'm sust, deca, tren, nolvadex, proviron, hgh, insulin, codeine, oxycodone, nubain, somas, valium and 2 lines pre workout.

The trick is to cut your smack with whey protein. Game changer.
