"I’m in Spain with my 15 yr old son. The guys that come to the beach all day selling different bits and bobs have a hard time with carting the goods in the heat. When I looked round, my son was chatting to one of them and then my son went and brought him a cold drink with his own money .. that to me is priceless. Btw, he’s a moody teenager most of the time

Otherwise, talking with my PT earlier for next years plans and training, I know it’s going to be a shed load of work but I’m so excited to have found a coach who gets me and is on board with my crazy plans, as well as being awesome at their job.
