At the spritely age of 53 I still have a full head of hair, some of it silver but my palate round is a big un …. Now I’m growing it because I fecking can but I’m in that in between phase where there is way too much volume and I spend most days resembling side show Bob, I’ve read castor oil is good for reducing volume but the bloke in the YouTube video proceeded to use a hairdryer and my man badge is still shiny, so all those male or female with thick long hair, solutions tricks anything before I get my clippers and bean it off ….,

I wore a baseball cap while growing mine out, and it was during covid times so limited outdoors where people would see my crazy hair,

You can get thinning scissors and do it yourself. I find the hairdresser doesn't thin it out where I need it.

It's really easy to do I do mine roughly once a month. You can find YouTube tutorials on how to do it if needed.
