Is anyone aware of any alternative solutions to HRT as apparently it is linked to breast cancer so a high risk taking it if you have a family history of cancer.

You should see a menopause specialist to discuss the options, there are lots of alternatives but they need to be tailored specifically to the person's needs and monitored/tweaked to get optimum benefit.
