Listening to a podcast recently where some health expert was berating people for drinking coffee first thing in the morning. Apparently your body shouldn't need it, it's a sign of poor sleep etc etc.

But frankly that's ignoring one of the great joys in life which is sitting in your bed or in a comfy chair with a nice mug of coffee first thing.

With that in mind I'm off to get a coffee for me and Mrs Bang Bang.

What can I get everyone? I reckon I can fit about 100 take away cups in the car.
