Sorry to hear about the guitars OP. Much as I'm not a guitar fan, it's a low low thing to have happen that. Hope you have some success finding them.

I suspect they'll be sold to the first who'll give them £50 but get a list and if you have any pictures, try contacting some local pawn or music shops.. and keep any eye on fleabay, carboot sales might be a longshot as you have to pay for a stall I think??

They weren’t on show

They were all in boot of car I was taking them all to be restrung and cleaned and appraised

Maybe sold as I suffer from Arthritis in my left hand so I have been finding it difficult to play

Now I’ve lost the lot

Insurance won’t pay as it was at a multi storey car park and no bloody cameras

Normally a picture in lieu of the item is all the court needs. Tell the polis that they need expert storage, which they do.
