Now what do I do?

Many stories of successful entrepreneurs and life goal chasers start with “I lost my job so I decided to…”

So, gimmie some inspiration, what should I do now?

Quit the tory party, and join one that wins.

Do what you really want to do. Your young don't waste your life being a wage sl*** enriching other people. Brainstorm your options. Consider a part time job and look for what you really want to do. Because time goes quick.

Thanks

I want to be a dream chaser, I really do. I’m more of a “wait for the dream to fall in my lap” kind of guy.

Success? Let me tell you about success.

I had a pal, come to London 28 years ago without two ha'pennies to rub together. Now he managed to save up enough to buy a little hand cart and he went round collecting all old newspapers. Do you what he's worth today?

Trust me… sometimes taking a leap. Thinking I want to do that ….. and going for it. It pays off.

I applied for my current job on a whim. My dream job. No way would they hire me. But they did. And I’m still bouncing around like Tigger!

Look to pursue what you have passion for. Weigh up your strengths, your skills and what you could do that you'd be passionate about.

I don't understand cat cafes at all. I drink a coffee or whatever with a few cats about chilling? Should probably try one before I knock it but it seems like strange USP. Unless it's just about alliteration?

A pig pub or butterfly bar would be much more entertaining imo.

GONE/TIMEOUT (No DMs please)

I don't suppose being a bum model is a liveable income?

Maybe something with your plants?

Set up a plant club for people to buy, do weekly lessons in a village hall to help people become greenfingered...

Plant-sitting? :D

Obviously would need a combo of many things.

I've always been too scared to start something on my own.. maybe when I'm 50

I'm curious, what ridiculously unattainable job did you go for?

I'm convinced I'm about to lose my job too and seeking inspiration...

"Offt ive Lost my job "

This was me 7years ago from a sales account manager position.

Wanted to earn the most money I could in a 10year period no matter the job , so applied for offshore work as a helper, no training whatsoever on the job but was doubling my salary straight off the bat , now I've went on to a senior role and Ie had a large increase again.

If you are willing to sacrifice to gain then you could have a great life once you have reached your targets in a job that requires sacrifice.
