Hi All,

What's your favourite quick dish to make.

I like cooking salmon in the Air fryer and microwaving some broccoli.

And lamb Liver, shallots with scrambled eggs

Looking for ideas for other quick meals with fresh ingredients.

Stir fry. Any chopped meat, oil plus acid plus flavouring, leave in the fridge in the morning. Whatever veg I've got lying around. Rice cooking while I chuck it all together.
