At a loss as to what to have for tea/dinner. Any help? What are you having? If all fails will go for my famous frittata and some salad.

Make stuff with what you’ve got.

Eg - I had some leeks in the fridge and some potatoes. … so I ordered an Uber eats and got myself a kebab.

We're having roast chicken, parsnips, carrots, peas, curly lake and potato for Mr N, cauliflower rice for me.

Have you got any prawns or a tin of crab makes a passable (bloomin lovely actually) dinner with some parsley and a few fresh cherry tomatoes tossed with linguine.

Now you are certainly a woman that inspires. And have all the ingedients too. Hey, presto. Though is sort of a pesto I suppose

Sadly I was forced to cook after pulling a load of fillet tail out of the freezer! But I’m sure it will be delightful.. later
