Anyone else having trouble with Sh uk website?

I've been trying to order a home testing kit and the site just says it needs to check if I'm human. I cant seem to get any further than that.

I've used the service via my local sexual health service for years but now doesn't seem to be accessible

I ordered mine on Monday.. Clicked the human button then did a short survey

Maybe clear your cache or try a different browser?

My centre have a daily limit and usually run out in the evening so I do it in the morning

Yep, they're just not sending as many out anymore and I had to go to the clinic instead. I asked why the website said I wasn't eligible for postal testing anymore, and they said it was because of cost. They were sending am awful lot of tests out that weren't being returned, or some people were ordering far too frequently.

My area has stopped doing them which is frustrating as the clinic is only Monday to Friday with no late night for people that work

Worked fine for me last week. Order arrived within a day and the test was back by the end of the week (all clear).

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

Ordered one a couple of weeks ago and it came couple of days later, it may be the captcha things that are playing up too, I had massive issues with a website yesterday not letting me log in cause the captcha checker was showing me images and making click on different things and then saying I didn't select the right ones when I did, had to use a different web browser on my laptop rather than my phone, it eventually let me in but there was lots of messing around

Nope. Ordered Friday, delivered Saturday, done and posted Monday and had the text to say received at 9am this morning.

All working fine here.

Anyone found a way to get them to send oral swabs too..???

Mine has stopped sending them .. when I ask they say that it's as I'm not at risk orally

Yet I am honest with the questions x
