They are there to tempt you and lead you astray. Unfortunately I have no trouble avoiding bad boys but a nice gooey cake can have me going weak at the knees.

Infuse a little aspirin into the cream. It will clot a lot less.

I'm more of a chocolate sponge with chocolate custard kinda guy.

For clarification this is the custard that comes out of a packet, not out of a chocolate wang.
